Worth it

As humans, we’re complicated creatures. We’re full of all kinds of things; emotions, thoughts, plans, dreams, joy, pain, and the list would go on for quite a while if we attempted to make one.

This work reflects what some of us may experience when we’re in the beginning stages of a relationship. It’s a point you realize the person you are in those beginning stages with is holding onto some past trauma.

As the person experiencing that past trauma, we can go through a myriad of emotions and thoughts. One of those that we deal with is worth.

These lyrics are in response to someone feeling they may not be worth it.
